All warranties in this Limited Lifetime Warranty are given to the original purchaser of our product in residential applications and are not transferable to subsequent owners. To be covered under our limited lifetime warranties, you need to retain the original invoice or proof of purchase.

What is covered and for how long?

Kitchens Pal warrants that all our cabinets and accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid as long as you own your home and begins upon the date of delivery to you.

If the problem is under warranty, Kitchens Pal will attempt to repair the defective material or do a one-on-one exchange if we are unable to correct the problem after reasonable number of attempts. This limited warranty do not include labor cost, consequential damages, nor does it apply to any item(s) that have been improperly installed, handled and assembled.

What is not covered?

The Limited Lifetime Warranties do not cover conditions caused by:

• Improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, and abuse
• Scratches caused by pets
• Normal wear and tear such as reductions in gloss, changes in colors (due to aging), marks, scuffs and scratches
• Damage caused by fire, flood, and other natural disasters and Acts of God
• Variations in color and and wood grain patter are not considered as an imperfection
• Warping of less than 1/4″ as wood returns to its normal flat position once it’s acclimated to room temperature and humidity conditions.
